APPLYING TAPED HAIR EXTENSIONS
 
 Praparing client. shampoo hair with a deep cleansing shampoo removing any oils or residue on hair shaft. Rinse well. No conditioner is to be applied to hair before application. Dry hair well making sure there is no dampness or moisture left in the root area of the hair. Before applying the extensions its important to remove any sharp blunt line cut to ends of hair. 
 
MODEL WITHOUT TAPE EXTENSIONS
 
 
Step 1 Start application Part hair from ear to ear one inch above the nape hair line. Hair extensions to be applied from behind the ear working your way up the back ear section of the hair.

 Step 2 Starting in the middle area of the sectioned hair, take a hair section no thicker or wider than the taped hair you are about to apply. Remove tab off tape hair and place underneath the sectioned hair.
 
 
 
 
 
 
Step 3 Press the existing hair down to the tape hair firmly using your thumb
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Step 4 Place another tape hair piece the same width as the existing taped hair you have applied underneath. Press firmly together making sure the end of the tape is sealed well.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Step 5 Image shows a half row applied of tape hair to existing sectioned hair.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Step 6 Whole row is now complete.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Step 7 Please note your next sectioned hair will be applied in a brick format

Step 9 Second row is now complete. Please note the amount of hair left between the 2 sections may vary depending on the length and the thickness of the clients hair. For example. Thick hair you would leave less hair between the sections. Fine hair you will leave more hair between the sections. 3 to 5 rows of hair may need to be applied to the back section of hair depending on the shortness of the clients existing hair.
 
 
 
 
Step 10 Applying extensions to side area of head. Take a horizontal section 1 inch above the ear as shown on image.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Step 11 Take a section of hair 1 inch away from the facial hair line. Place taped hair underneath as shown on image.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Step 12 Place the tape hair above the other tape hair pressing firmly together. Complete first row.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Step 13 Image shows second row completed. It may be required to do 2 to 4 rows on the side of hair depending on thickness and shortness to clients hair.

HOW TO REMOVE TAPE HAIR EXTENSIONS
 
To remove extensions use removal soution or methylated spirits with a little eucalyptus oil works very well which most of our salon clients use.

spray removal solution on top and under tape extension.
 
Step 2 find a small opening with the end of your tail pin combe and spray some more tape hair extensions removal solution. Rub with your fingers and pull tape apart. A shine or serum spray can be used to remove any residue
 
Please note the same hair can be re used. We have double sided tape available to purchase. Simply make sure any glue is removed from taped hair pieces that you have removed. Apply more tape and its that simple the hair can bere applied as above. We suggest that the extensions be removed and re applied after 3 months.
